Our Policies

1. Work Hours:

  • Standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

  • Flexibility in hours will be provided by management based on assigned roles.

​

2. Attendance:

​

 

  • Employees are expected to arrive on time and report any absences or late arrivals in advance.

  • Employees who are coming late to work for more than 15mins will be put absent for half day,

  • Employees who are coming late to work from more than 1hr will be marked absent for full day.

  • Frequent tardiness or absences without valid reasons will result in disciplinary action.

3. Dress Code:

  • Business casual attire or company T-shirts are required unless otherwise specified for specific events or meetings.

  • Employees should maintain a professional appearance that reflects the company's image.

4. Safety Protocols:

​

 

  • Safety training will be provided, and employees must adhere to all safety regulations.

  • Emergency exits and procedures will be clearly posted; regular drills will be conducted.

5. Use of Equipment:

​

 

  • Company equipment, including computers and tools, should be used for work-related purposes only.

  • Personal use of devices should be limited and should not interfere with work responsibilities.

6. Communication:

 

  • Employees are encouraged to communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues.

  • Constructive feedback should be provided in a positive manner, both in person and in written communications.

7. Harassment Policy:

  • The company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and discrimination.

  • Employees should report any incidents to HR or a designated representative immediately.

8. Breaks:

  • Employees are entitled to a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during the workday.

  • Breaks should be taken in designated areas to avoid disrupting workflow.

9. Collaboration:

  • Teamwork is encouraged; employees should strive to support one another and share knowledge.

  • Open areas and meeting rooms are available for group discussions and brainstorming sessions.
